COGEN Europe Annual Conference 2010
COGEN Europe and Euroheat Power have decided to team up and organise a Joint Annual Conference on 2 June 2010 at the Conrad Hotel in Brussels.
The new Parliament and Commission face many challenges in energy policy and climate change abatement and the two organisers will seize the opportunity this year to emphasize the proven capability and still untapped potential for cogeneration and district heating in the more efficient use of energy in Europe. 2010 will be the first time that the sectors representing cogeneration and district heating will have used their most visible annual events to send a united message to the Commission and Parliament.
COGEN Europe and Euroheat Power will bring the strongest advocates and the most influential thinkers to Brussels to highlight the significant role which energy efficiency and cogeneration must play in resolving the climate and energy challenges which we face today.

COGEN Czech as a new Member of WADE
After successful conference COGENERATION DAYS 2008 Mr. David Sweet, the Director of the World Alliance for Decentralized Energy, offered to COGEN Czech alliance reciprocal membership in this organization. Invitation to the D-ploy workshop
COGEN Europe is coordinating the D-ploy (Deploying large-scale polygeneration in industry) project.
This IEE co-funded project aims at identifying and helping remove the barriers to the deployment of large-scale co/polygeneration technologies in European industry. The project analyses the drivers for investments in co/polygeneration in the following industrial sectors: pulp and paper, chemicals, mineral oil refineries and food processing. Read more
